Q.1  I’ve seen this kind of thing at big events like the Grammys or the Oscars before; would it really         work at an event like mine?
Q.2  What types of events or venues do you usually work at? I’m not sure if this would be right for         what we’re doing.
Q.3  How many workers do you bring to each event?
Q.4  Are your workers friendly and experienced? I wouldn’t want someone rude working at my event.

A.1  Absolutely! The whole point of a service like this one is to capture you when you’re looking best! At those award shows celebrities have dressed up to look their best and the media wants to capture that moment forever. When you’re at your event or surrounded by family and friends looking your best those smiles should be captured to look back upon for years to come.
Q.2  What types of events or venues do you usually work at? I’m not sure if this would be right for         what we’re doing.
A.2  What types of events or venues? Anywhere people are looking good and having a great time, we belong there! We’ve worked all kinds of events from Sweet 16s to Proms to Milestone Birthdays! Give us a call and let’s see if we’d be the perfect fit for your upcoming event!
Q.3  How many workers do you bring to each event?
A.3  We will usually have two workers there. While the workflow division is somewhat dependent upon which package you select for your event, one will usually be manning the equipment and camera while the second interacts with the guests, frames pictures or assists in any other ways which may be needed.
Q.4  Are your workers friendly and experienced? I wouldn’t want someone rude working at my event.
A.4  Friendly and Experienced? Absolutely! Before we even consider letting someone join the Max's PictureThis team they have to pass the "Personality Test." Our workers come from a photography studio background to ensure the quality of the service you receive is always of the utmost!
Q.5  I like the idea of a custom backdrop for my event. Is that something I’d have to supply or could         you make it for me?
A.5  We could absolutely take care of that for you! While if you have a design that you want to use you can supply it to us and we can have the backdrop produced for you, we also have designers on staff ready to draw something up for you if needed!
Q.6  How many people could be served at my event? I’m expecting a lot of people!!
A.6  Well that answer some what depends upon which package you select for your event. If you are expecting a high turnout we recommend our “Paparazzi” package. You take a look at all of our packages though on our Packages tab, or just click HERE.
Q.7  Does I, the client, get anything? Or is this just for the guests to take something home?
A.7  Again that somewhat depends upon the package you’ve selected. No matter what package you choose you will get two things post event. They are a DVD Slideshow and Data DVD of high-resolution .JPEGs of all pictures taken that night. If you pick the Guestbook Package though you will also be receiving a guestbook full of photos and comments from your guests at the end of the night!

A.8  Max's PictureThis has been open for over 4 years and our executive staff has a combined 16 years of experience in the event photo favors industry. With a dedication to maintaining exceptional quality of our products and services and our growing list of happy customers, we plan to be in the industry for many, many, many years to come!

Q.10  I noticed you are based out of Brooklyn, NY. My party is kind of far from there, would you be           able to make it?
A.10  Distance is never a problem as we normally serve the entire East Coast and make seldom trips to the West. Varying with your venue's location, travel arrangements will be taken care of; simply call and speak with one of our friendly representatives and they will be more than happy to answer any questions you have. Q.11  Do you require a lot of room while you are at the party?
A.11  We require minimal room at your venue: 8' by 6' operational space with 2 tables, 2 chairs, and if possible not too close to the DJ's 6 feet tall speakers. Take a look at our setup by going to the "How It Works" tab or just clicking HERE.
Q.12  How do your packages work?
A.12  Great question! We have a few different packages and they are broken up somewhat dependent upon the type of event you’re having and what the conditions will be like. The way we use our photography system is slightly different in each package, each providing your guests with a slightly different experience. Q.13  Ok great! So everything sounds amazing, whats the next step in booking?
A.13  We're glad you decided to go with Max's PictureThis, and guarantee that we will approach your event as if it is our own. The next step is to complete our booking form by either calling 888-WOW-FAVORS (888-969-3286) or by simply clicking on "Book Us Now" located on the left side of the website and filling out our online booking form. It is important to let us know of your event as soon as possible to guarantee availability for your date and to give us some time to prepare and create anything custom.
Once we receive your booking form, we will draw up a service agreement, which will include all the details and specifics for your event, and deliver to you first class. Then sit tight until your event and prepare to have the time of your life!!!
