| III. RETAINER FEE/PAYMENTS/REQUIREMENTS: |

| Retainer Fee: Payment of $100 (one hundred) retainer fee is required at least 14 days in advance of date of event to guarantee a PictureThis photo favors event session reservation. Retainer fee is nonrefundable. |

| Payments: Acceptable forms of payment are cashier’s check, money order, personal check or cash. Make all payments to Max’s PictureThis, LLC. Payments are due immediately following the completion of the photo favors event session. |

| Requirements: At the function, please provide a well-lit 8’ x 10’ operation space, three 6’ tables,
three tablecloths, two chairs, and two electrical outlets. |

| IV. STEP AND REPEAT PACKAGES |

| Paparazzi - $650 3 Hours - $100 Hourly Upgrade |
| |
Here our station will be setup off to the side and as guests want they can come over to take pictures. Once they have taken their picture they will receive a business card with the web address for an online slideshow where all the pictures taken that night will be posted within 24-48 hours. Once they visit the slideshow they will have the option to download any pictures of them sleeve which they like and want to treasure a copy of! This exciting package is designed for big parties where there will be a lot of activity! Post-event you, the client, will be receiving two things – a DVD Slideshow and Data DVD of high-resolution .JPEGs of all pictures taken that night. |

| Photo Guestbook - $1,000 3 Hours - $150 Hourly Upgrade |

With this package the basic format it the same as with our Paparazzi package, what’s different is what’s produced! After the guest takes their picture we will be printing out two (2) 2x3” pictures. One is on photo paper which will be placed into a plastic slip for them to keep and treasure, this picture having a small sticker upon the back with the event title and date upon it along with the address to the online slideshow we will be producing within the next 24-48 hours. The second print will be on a sticker which will then be placed into a page in a guestbook for them to leave you a personalized message. At the end of the night the guestbook is yours to keep and look back upon for years to come along with the DVD Slideshow and Data DVD of high-resolution .JPEGs of all pictures taken that night! This is a great way to interact with your guests and freeze the emotions of the night into cherished memories! Every time you look back upon that book you’ll remember exactly how you felt that night! |

Our Photo Studio package is the premier package of our Step and Repeat service. Once the picture is taken and digitally retouched it is then printed on the spot within minutes and frames into a 4x6” folder frame for your guests to pick up and take home immediately. Each frame will have a small label on the back with the event title and date as well as the web address for the online slideshow. Post event you the client will be receiving the DVD Slideshow and Data DVD of high-resolution .JPEGs of all pictures taken that night for you to look back upon for years to come. |
